PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's women's soccer team played toe-to-toe in its 2025 home finale, forging a 0-0 draw against the Richmond Spiders on Thursday night.
NOTABLE
- The first half was an end-to-end battle that saw both teams have chances, but no goals on the board. The Hawks came close on a pair of occasions, knocking the ball of the crossbar.
- Both teams had 10 shots in the match with three coming on target. Sarah Fisher led SJU with three.
- Alli Popham made three saves, including a dazzling second half stop to keep the Spiders off the board and earn her second clean sheet of the season.
