LAS VEGAS – The Saint Joseph's men's basketball team will play a pair of games in the 2025 Players Era Showcase as announced this afternoon.

The Hawks will take on Syracuse and UNLV with games to be played on November 20 and 22. Which team SJU will play on which day and the times of the games have yet to be determined. As part of the larger Players Era Festival, the Hawks will receive NIL money for their participation.

"We are thrilled with the opportunity for our program to compete in the Players Era Showcase," said head coach Billy Lange. "The event offers us two games against quality teams and represent Saint Joseph's University and our Hawk Hill community."

It will be the ninth all-time meeting between St. Joe's and the Orange, with the last coming in 2007. SJU has never taken on the Runnin' Rebels.

Saint Joseph's finished last season with 22 wins, the first time it posted 20 wins in back-to-back seasons since 2003-04 and 2004-05.
