PHILADELPHIA — Saint Joseph's women's basketball head coach Cindy Griffin announced the addition of Tyler Robinson and Megan Bauman to the coaching staff and the promotion of Ashley Prim to recruiting coordinator on Wednesday afternoon.

Robinson joins the Hawks as Assistant Coach and Director of Video and Player Development, while Bauman has been named Assistant Coach and Director of Basketball Operations.

"We are thrilled to welcome Tyler to our Hawk Family," said Griffin. "Tyler's eye for detail, passion for the game and expertise in video analysis and scouting will elevate our program in a major way. He brings a tireless work ethic and a commitment to helping our student-athletes grow both on and off the court."

"I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to be a part of a program like Saint Joseph's," said Robinson. "From the first conversation with Coach Griffin, I could tell this was a place that values hard work, tradition and culture. I'm excited to grow, contribute and be a part of what's being built here on Hawk Hill. THWND!"

Robinson comes to Hawk Hill after spending the past two seasons at Penn State, where he served as a video coordinator. In addition to his video responsibilities, he contributed to on-campus recruiting, scouting and practice and game prep.

A 2023 graduate of Penn State with a degree in broadcast journalism, Robinson spent his senior year as a manager and practice player for the Nittany Lions.

A native of Altoona, Pennsylvania, Robinson graduated from Altoona Area High School in 2019, playing for the varsity basketball team under current Philadelphia 76ers assistant coach and Villanova graduate Doug West. He immediately started his coaching career, spending three seasons as an assistant coach for the Altoona Area girls' basketball program under his former AAU coach and two-time Mid-Penn Coach of the Year Chris Fleegle.

Bauman joins the staff following an accomplished collegiate playing career at Babson College and New York University.

"We are excited to welcome Megan to our Hawk Family," said Griffin. "Megan's work ethic, organizational skills and passion for women's basketball is exceptional. Megan is a national champion who has an innate ability to connect with athletes, share her competitive drive and elevate those around her."

"I'm excited to be joining the Saint Joseph's women's basketball family," said Bauman. "This is a program with incredible history and tradition, and you can feel the pride and purpose in everything that's done here. The culture is built on being relentless in our work and selfless in our approach which are values that truly resonate with me. I'm looking forward to helping the program in any way I can and supporting our student-athletes both on and off the court. It's an honor to be part of a staff that's so passionate, experienced and committed. I'm excited to get to work! Go Hawks!"

Following her graduation from NYU, Bauman spent a year as a data analytics consultant with the Kraft Analytics Group and has worked the past two summers with USA Basketball. She served as the video coordinator for the 2025 USA U16 national team that captured gold at the FIBA AmeriCup, and was also on staff for the 2025 Nike Hoop Summit. In 2024, Bauman was the video coordinator for the USA U17 World Cup team, which also won gold.

Bauman was selected for the prestigious WBCA "So You Want to Be a Coach" program in 2024. In addition to her coaching development, she has spent the past two years working as a player development trainer, training both high school and collegiate athletes.

Bauman was the starting point guard for NYU's undefeated 2024 NCAA Division III National Championship team, helping lead the Violets to a perfect 31–0 season and earning First Team All-UAA honors. Prior to NYU, she was a four-year starter and three-year captain at Babson College, where she totaled 1,234 points and a program-record 458 assists. Bauman helped lead the Beavers to multiple postseason appearances, including a run to the NCAA Division III Elite Eight in her senior year. That season, she led all of Division III in assists (183) and free throw percentage (.930). She graduated as Babson's all-time and single-season assists leader and holds the program record for career free throw percentage (89.1%). Her accolades include D3hoops.com All-America Third Team, three-time WBCA All-America Honorable Mention, and multiple all-conference and all-region honors.

Along with the new additions to the staff, Coach Griffin announced the elevation of assistant coach Ashley Prim to Recruiting Coordinator.

"Ashley Prim has been an invaluable part of our staff over the past three seasons, and I'm incredibly proud to see her step into this expanded role as Recruiting Coordinator and Shooting Coach," said Griffin. "Her passion, work ethic and commitment to developing our student-athletes - both on and off the court - are second to none. Ashley's experience as a player and coach continues to elevate our program, and I'm excited for what she'll bring to this new chapter."

Prim returned to her alma mater ahead of the 2022-23 season and has spent the past three years as an assistant coach. The Bridgeport, Connecticut, native played a key role in the development of Mackenzie Smith, who finished her career as the seventh-leading scorer in program history and was a three-time Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection. Since returning to Hawk Hill, Prim has coached three guards who surpassed 1,000 career points and helped Katie Jekot climb to eighth in program history with 446 career assists.

A standout guard during her playing career at Saint Joseph's, Prim led the backcourt for four seasons, helping guide the Hawks to four straight postseason appearances. She was part of the 2013 Atlantic 10 championship team that earned an NCAA Tournament berth. Individually, she was named the A-10 Sixth Player of the Year in 2010-11 while being named Big 5 Rookie of the Year and an A-10 All-Rookie Team selection as a freshman.
