Women’s Tennis Blanked by VCU
RICHMOND, Va. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team fell to VCU, 4-0, at the Thalhimer Tennis Center on Thursday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Rams got wins in the second and third doubles flights to take the early lead.
• The hosts collected three wins in singles play to finish off the match. Charlotte Kordonowy lost a first-set tiebreaker in the second flight but was leading the second set when play was halted.

"Today we played a very good VCU squad," head coach Jeff Puhan said. "We had some solid individual results in singles. Another test awaits tomorrow at Richmond."
