Women’s Tennis Falls at Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team fell to Richmond, 4-0, in its final road match of the season on Friday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Spiders took the doubles point via a sweep of all three flights.
• Claudia Perez-Garcia won the first set of her sixth-flight singles match, while Charlotte Kordonowy and Victoria Tracey were into the third set in the second and third flights, respectively, but the Spiders clinched the victory with wins on the other three courts.

"I was proud of the team today as we battled a top team in the Atlantic 10," head coach Jeff Puhan said. "We made good adjustments and pushed them on all the singles courts."

The Hawks close out the regular season at home against Fordham on Saturday.
