Women’s Tennis Falls to Navy, 6-1
MEDIA, Pa. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team dropped its second-to-last home match of the season on Tuesday, falling to Navy by a 6-1 score at the Springton Tennis Club.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• The visitors took the first point of the day by claiming wins in the first and third doubles flights. Charlotte Kordonowy and Brooke Tackett battled deep into a tiebreaker in the second before ultimately succumbing as well.
• Victoria Tracey drew the Hawks level with a straight-sets win in the second singles flight, but Navy took the remaining matches for the overall victory.

"A tough day today," head coach Jeff Puhan said. "Credit to Navy for coming out strong today. We now have to get ready for the top three teams in the Atlantic 10."
UP NEXT
The Hawks hit the road to take on VCU on Thursday and Richmond on Friday before hosting Fordham on Saturday.
