PHILADELPHIA (August 2, 2017) — Saint Joseph’s University has been named one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduate education by The Princeton Review. The education services company features the University in its 2018 "The Best 382 Colleges" guide.
Published annually since 1992, the guide includes detailed profiles of colleges with rating scores in eight categories, including academics and campus life. The ratings are based entirely on student surveys. Only about 15 percent of America’s 2,500 four-year institutions are included in the list.
Students who filled out the survey praised Saint Joseph’s for its “well-rounded curriculum,” according to the guide. Respondents also cited the faculty, who they say teach “important and relevant” material and “challenge you to strengthen your mind and reasoning skills.” The University was also noted as having “one of the best business schools in the country.”
Saint Joseph’s was also included in the guide’s “Best Northeastern Colleges” list.
