The McNulty Program is a leadership development program designed to prepare a highly selective group of undergraduate women to become leaders in the highest echelons of their chosen STEM fields. Applicants should have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50, and stand out among her peers. The recipient will be expected to enroll in the program's weekly McNulty Seminar, which takes place on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. and features leadership development training, guest speakers and student-led activities. She will also commit to attending two weekend leadership development retreats per year. Please note that, once awarded, this recipient will begin receiving her scholarship in Spring 2026, and will continue to receive this support through Spring 2027.
