From October 27 – November 1, visit the museum’s Great Hall to create artworks and decorations for our ofrenda. Learn about the meaning and history behind traditions like papel picado, retablos, marigolds, and mosaics while you make your own and explore the Latin American collections! Design and decorate a label for your tincture jar based on the prompt: “What do I want this substance to bring into my life?” All materials will be provided. Just bring yourself and leave with your own jar of glycerin-based herbal tincture! Space is capped at 16 people so be sure to sign up fast!
